2-TIME MVP STEVE NASH Vs. 4-TIME WORLD CUP MEMBER CLAUDIO REYNA

WHAT:
On June 25th, a soccer match was held on the eve of the NBA draft between 2-time MVP Steve Nash and his team of VIP athletes and friends, and 4-time World Cup Member Claudio Reyna and his team of soccer stars to benefit their respective charities (the Steve Nash Foundation and Claudio Reyna Foundation). The game was followed by a private party with a live auction and raffle of sports memorabilia at the Replay store in SoHo.  Replay donated $10,000 to each of the charities.

Party & Auction: Replay store: 109 Prince Street in SoHo, NYC

OVERVIEW:
The VIP soccer game featured all players wearing Replay denim shorts and special jerseys, and was be open to the public. The private party and auction that followed at the Replay store in SOHO featured special windows merchandised with Steve and Claudio’s gear and jerseys. Among the items auctioned were a one-on-one hoop session with Steve Nash, a training session with Claudio Reyna and the Red Bulls, as well as numerous signed jerseys from international soccer star and NBA stars. 

REPLAY WILL COVER ALL EXPENSES FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• Field permit
• Merchandising for Replay store and windows (red carpet, Step and Repeat, etc.), as well as soccer field particulars
• Design of Evite invitation
• Partnership to promote event in the press
• DJ at store
• Extra staff (doorperson, etc.)
• Replay clothing for players
• Catering (cocktails and hors d� oeuvres)
• Photographer at field and store
• NYPD Security at store and possibly at field
• Organization of the raffle and silent auction
• Donation of $20,000

Claudio Reyna Friends of the Foundation Gala

On June 7th 2008, Claudio Reyna will host the Claudio Reyna Friends of the Foundation Gala at 40 Thompson Street (a.k.a. Red Bull Space) in downtown Manhattan.

Our invited guests will be treated to a short presentation introducing The Claudio Reyna Foundation and our mission. An exciting part of our entertainment for the evening will be a silent auction filled with valuable sports memorabilia, collectibles and donations from local businesses.
